Writing Assessment Report of the building of residential housing in the Valencian Community (IEEV.CV) of the first inspection unit, which describes the construction features of the common elements of an existing building, indicating their condition, their accessibility and energy efficiency, and pointing to construction deficiencies, functional, safety or habitability detected, in order to warn them and guidance on the actions needed to maintain the proper condition of the building, as well as to improve its accessibility and energy efficiency. Includes travel and visit for technical inspection of the property inspection units), preparation of the report and its entry in the records, and preparing the energy performance certificate and its registration in the corresponding register and obtaining accreditation label.

The price includes registration of the report and certificate of energy efficiency in the corresponding records but not the payment of fees that are applicable visa or professional school. The intensity of inspection is subject to minimum considered the ease and access permission from the owners. It considers each inspection unit independent housing, local commercial use, warehouse, garage or any other use other than housing up to 200 m² of floor area or fraction thereof on the same level.
