The price includes the registration of the report and the certificate of energy efficiency in the corresponding records but not the payment of the rates that are applicable or the visa of the professional school. The minimum inspection intensity considered is conditioned by the ease and access permit by the owners. Each home is considered an independent inspection unit in a building, regardless of its built area and the levels in which it is developed, and each premises of commercial use, warehouse, parking or any other use different from the house, in a same level and up to 200 m² of built area or fraction.
