IEC building complementary report drafting (50 UI)

EDITION OF COMPLEMENTARY REPORT OF BUILDING (IEC), of a building or premises with 50 inspection units, which collects the information of the written and graphic building in order to detect, identify and qualify the damage (fissures , slits, humidity ...) in constructive elements, both structural and in those that may indicate symptoms of damage to the structure, as in the facade, roofs, partitions, carpentry and finishes. This is not included in this heading the cost of laboratory tests or laboratory trials to write this report. The minimum inspection intensity considered is conditioned by the ease and access permit by the owners. Each of the following is considered to be an independent inspection unit: Each home regardless of the surface; A shop for commercial use, warehouse, garage or any other use different from housing, at the same level and up to 125 m² of built area or fraction. The criterion set by the preliminary inspection and evaluation guide of concrete structures in existing buildings DRB 04/06 of the Valencian Institute of Building is adopted.

Aquesta partida inclou la RE0159, en concepte de reconeixement ocular o inspecció de l'estat de conservació; aquesta mateixa RE0159 també es troba inclosa en la descomposició de la RE0178, en concepte de reconeixement i presa de dades per a l'estat actual; no hi ha, per tant, duplicació de la partida, ja que són dos conceptes en principi diferents. D'altra banda, la RE0178 és un preu auxiliar parametritzat en funció del nombre d'unitats d'inspecció; en la base PreuK apareix 1 UI en totes les descomposicions, però s'actualitzarà en la inserció en cada pressupost.
